‘Decade of disruption’ for travel business celebrating record numbers and international expansion

A HOLIDAY events business celebrating a decade of “disruption” in the party travel industry reached new heights with record growth and international expansion.

Party Hard Travel is on course for another huge rise in sales having taken more than 40,000 bookings last year.

CEO Nathan Cable – who co-founded the London and Surrey-based youth travel specialists – is targeting 55,000 customers in 2025 while launching new destinations, ‘mega creator’ trips and a recruitment drive this summer season.

Some weeks in the peak season are now sold out, the number one destination being Ayia Napa in Cyprus.

With more than 7,000 candidates applying for one of 30 holiday rep roles with the company, he is confident they have their best team ever.

That included Marketing Manager Keisha Providence organising “the most successful creator trip ever”, bringing 40 of the UK’s top creators over to Ayia Napa at the start of May for the annual summer opening trip.

They experienced all the top events including Agenda White Party, where popular UK Rapper Swarmz made a surprise appearance – views from the trip have exceeded 250m on TikTok alone.

Nathan’s inclusive, forward-thinking approach has been lauded by clients and collaborators – and reflected in positive online reviews – but it’s their customer-centric ethos he feels sets them apart from the rest.

With a vision to “give young people the best week of their lives”, they bring the “biggest events, the hottest destinations, and the best service” to the party, and have become the fastest-growing firm in the sector as a result.

“We have always been disruptors, moving away from the traditional and dated 18-30-style holidays to a more bespoke events package which has proven very popular,” he said.

“And with us adding more resorts to our portfolio – Andorra, Albufeira and Tenerife are the latest – sales have hit the ground running.”

While Party Hard Travel has grown significantly, notably post-Covid, Nathan says the input of the public still shapes their decision-making.

Regular polls allow customers to choose which artists and DJs they would like to experience while on holiday, leading to the booking of big names such as Dizzee Rascal, Nathan Dawe, Belters Only, Bad Boy Chiller Crew, and DJ and Switch Disco who will all be on the roster this summer.

“At present we are incredibly busy – in the last month alone we have had our best and second best ever sales days!

“If the current trend continues, we will be up around 30%, having been 25% up last year on the year before, so growth has been significant.”

He added: “I think that’s down to the communication we have with our customers, word of mouth and the quality of our events – many of which we now co-organise – while keeping costs low and being true to our word.

“There is no sales talk, no pressure and no upselling, we are focused on ensuring they have the best week of their lives in a safe, fun environment, watching the best acts in some of the world’s top party destinations.”

That mission has taken them from 400 bookings in 2015 to 40,000 last year and a combined 125,000+ overall, despite zero customers in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic.

“We started out with zero customers in February 2015 when I quit my full-time job,” said Nathan.

“We’ve moved with the times, modernised the approach and attitude towards experiences in party holiday destinations and have used social media and technology to our advantage.

“We always aim to overdeliver and as long as we maintain our values and mission, which is instilled in all our team, then nothing can stop us.”
